Return & Refund Policy

Summary

Our return and refund policy is valid for 30 days. If it has been more than 30 days since your purchase, we cannot provide a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Some types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable items (food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines). We also do not accept products such as intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids/gases.

Only full-priced items are refundable. Discounted items are non-refundable.

Exchange

Present

JIf the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

JIf the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the gift giver shipped the order to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will know about your return.

Return of Goods

To return your product, you must send your product to: Jigudan Pandak Bantul Yogyakarta.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping costs for the item will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged item to reach you may vary.

If you are returning a more expensive item, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
